Mathematics: Easy Trick for multiplying 2-digit numbers

You must be knowing the normal trick of multiplication which your teachers taught you.
It goes like this:
            Ex: 37×77

                                           4
                                          4
                   37
                     ×77
                       259
                 +2590
                   2849
But this is the easiest trick. In this, you have to firstly follow some steps:
1.                    Multiply the right-hand side numbers. Whatever the answer comes is your one’s digit of the answer. If the product is a two-digit number then write the one’s digit in the one’s place and keep the ten’s digit number as a carryover.
Ex:  37×77
                   4
37
 ×77
9
2.                    Then multiply the numbers which are in cross. Then add their products and the carryover (in step 1). The answer which you get after adding the numbers is your ten’s digit of the answer. If the sum is a two-digit number or more than that then put the one’s digit number on the ten’s place and the other numbers as the carryover.
                            Ex:  37× 77       [(7×3)+(7×7)+carryover]
7       4           (21+49+4)
                                           3 7       (74)
                                    ×7 7
  49
3.                    Then multiply the left-hand side numbers and add it to the carryover (in step 2) [if there]. Then put the number in the hundred’s and thousand’s place as required. Your answer is ready.
       Ex: 37×77               [(7×3)+carryover]
                       7       4          (21+7)
3 7               (28)
                    ×7 7
                   2849
So, from now on you can use this method to save your time.
Bye…….
